I’ve worked with Power BI since it was first made available as a Microsoft Excel-based add-in (Power Query, Power Pivot and Power View) in 2015 and, let me tell you, it’s been quite a journey.
With over 20 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing as a CNC programmer, Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager, I first experienced Power BI as a game-changing tool that saved hours in our project management department & our manufacturing organization.
We could finally visualize project performance at the click of a button, rather than spend hours cobbling together Project status updates from disconnected data.
