"We use GEMBA boards here that use the old fashioned white board method.
They involve using dry erase markers to fill in bar graphs and throttles, tracking rolling action items, budget and other factors.
I see this as a great opportunity to use Power BI to create a digitally interactive dashboard that can be put onto a touch screen monitor rather than a whiteboard.
Doing so would allow us to collaborate between the different remote areas that are tracked on our white boards in real time as well as give Senior Leadership the ability to see things from the 1000 foot view via mobile devices, etc."
